What We Did

Recognising the necessity to adapt swiftly, we proposed a pivot to online video consultations, a concept previously uncharted by Hampstead Orthodontic Practice. Embracing this innovative approach, we revamped the landing page content and initiated PPC ads highlighting the enticing offer of a “free orthodontic consultation online”.

This strategy was a masterstroke for two primary reasons:

  1. Many competitors, unprepared for the pandemic’s impact, paused their PPC endeavours, leaving a significant gap in the market.
  2. Data indicates that patients who avail a free consultation and are briefed about subsequent treatment steps are more inclined to pursue the treatment with the same clinic.
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

The Results

  • A staggering +280% surge in enquiries during the pandemic months in comparison to the preceding eight months.
  • Thanks to reduced competition in March 2020, we achieved a remarkable 260% reduction in the cost-per-lead.

Notably, the transition to online consultations has been seamlessly integrated into the practice’s modus operandi, with a deluge of enquiries validating its efficacy.
