What We Did

Recognising the necessity to adapt swiftly, we proposed a pivot to online video consultations, a concept previously uncharted by Hampstead Orthodontic Practice. Embracing this innovative approach, we revamped the landing page content and initiated PPC ads highlighting the enticing offer of a “free orthodontic consultation online”.
This strategy was a masterstroke for two primary reasons:
- Many competitors, unprepared for the pandemic’s impact, paused their PPC endeavours, leaving a significant gap in the market.
- Data indicates that patients who avail a free consultation and are briefed about subsequent treatment steps are more inclined to pursue the treatment with the same clinic.

The Results
- A staggering +280% surge in enquiries during the pandemic months in comparison to the preceding eight months.
- Thanks to reduced competition in March 2020, we achieved a remarkable 260% reduction in the cost-per-lead.
